As organizations and individuals find their new normal and the new normal of others, the role of the meeting professional will become more critical. Disseminating information, changing behaviors, and encouraging employees has never been more important – or more complex.
By now, most professional MPs have developed a protocol for virtual meetings. Most employees have a working knowledge of Zoom or have Zoom Rooms in their homes. Virtual presentations will be needed for whatever area of performance the leadership team in the MP’s organization wants or needs.
